This is probably a long shot, but I figured I would try asking in hopes someone would actually read this. I know it's been done before, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on making loops of the solos/hard parts into custom songs to put on GH1 to practice. I tried doing it myself using anvil and audacity, and managed an okay one of All of This, and recently made one of GR2R I'll have to try, but they take way longer than they should (30 minutes each at least). I'm certainly not too good with this. Would Feedback be better? It's a bit daunting as well
Since the sections technically exist when you put them into GH2, I would hope there would be an easy way to take that data and isolate the sections. I see the events in Anvil, but trying to select the section, cut and paste to repeat it doesn't seem to work.
I tried searching videos of when people did this before in hopes they'd have some info (or better yet, share their "findings" ), but had no success.
If it turns out that there really isn't a great way, I'll just have to get more used to the programs. Luckily there aren't too many songs that are difficult enough to bother with.
Any help/info would be appreciated. _________________
