Pyramid Song, Morning Bell, Like Spinning Plates
There There, The Gloaming, 2+2=5
The National Anthem, Everything in its Right Place, Idioteque, How to Disappear Completely
Paranoid Android, Lucky, Karma Police, Airbag, Climbing up the Walls
My Iron Lung, Just
Creep
They also played lots of new songs like Bangers and Mash and All i Need, plus a few i've never heard. |
Wow. That set list is pretty different from the show I saw back on June 1st (in Philadelphia, 11th row! )
01 You And Whose Army
02 The National Anthem
03 2+2=5
04 Open Pick
05 15 Step
06 Exit Music
07 Kid A
08 Nude
09 Arpeggi
10 Street Spirit
11 Pyramid Song
12 Myxomatosis
13 House of Cards
14 Spooks
15 Idioteque
16 Bangers N Mash
17 There There
First Encore
18 Airbag
19 No Surprises
20 Bodysnatchers
21 Everything in its right place
Second Encore
22 4 Minute Warning
23 Karma Police
Only eight songs in common between those two setlists. Well, maybe a few of those were the new songs you heard, too. What a killer show they put on... _________________

I live just outside of Lancaster, so it was only about an hour and 40 minutes to Upper Darby. We got the tickets from w.a.s.t.e. at like 6:30 in the morning one day, and ended up in the eleventh row. _________________

I hate you. I wanted to see them at Ozzfest in Columbus I also wanted to see Sabbath dammit.
I'm going to see Def Leppard and Journey September 10th and hopefully Joe Walsh in November. If Boston or Molly Hatchet come to Ohio, I would also like to see them. _________________

Yeah i got 'em from w.a.s.t.e really early too. Good job, cause they sold out pretty quick. Ireland is a small country so it was pretty easy for me to get into the front (well not quite the front, i didn't want to strain my neck, i guess i was about 6 or 7 back. They are awesome though. As usual Jonny had to start Idioteque all over again after screwing up... I love the new songs though, the next album's gonna be amazing. Btw they played a much improved piano version of LSP, i didn't even recognise the start of it, its such an amazing song now...
Edit: Arpeggi? I love that song. I have an mp3 of it from the Ether festival. |

When I saw them at Bonnaroo they ended with Everything In Its Right Place, which was fucking badass.
Everybody started throwing glow sticks around and I may or may not have consumed some mushrooms at the time.

That's...unreal. We could've thrown down, and maybe you could've taught me the YBYRRYBYRR part from CFH. I probably lived no more than fifteen minutes away from you, and the only competition I've got from playing anyone around here in real live GH is usually with some sort of handicap or two imposed on me. You know, three fingers instead of four, not looking at the TV, lefty flip, no star power, etc. Where were you going to school? _________________
