2 - 1st R/B chord
2 - 1st Y/O chord (not sure)
3 - at the 1st
3 - 1st R/Y chord
i have no idea if this is optimal... and its open for debate |

It's probably not optimal; however, it is a pretty good path, landed me in 26th with an FC, and I can't squeeze too well. I'm making a visual for your path =)
EDIT: Squidy Only A Lad(Hard) SP (Tweaked)
EDIT2: Move 3rd activation back to the like Squidy had it. Mistake on my part. _________________

CPU: You really should make your paths account for all whammying, etc
You have missed, chartwise, a lot of notes that are under SP.
I'll post my 1st place path today. _________________
