That reminds me, I should add the abbreviation for Rock Band to the list. As for Raining Blood, I'm not sure what the abbreviation will end up being. We'll worry about that when the game comes out, until then just sit tight.

For The Win
see also: FTMFW: For The Mother *ahem* Fudging Win
basically when you completely agree with a comment and say 'it is Win'

and wasnt it inevitable that sooner or later we would end up with two possible thigns for one accronym, we'll find a way around it, just like easy and expert difficulties, easy=E expert=X. itll be fine

No problem T-Pain, that's why I made it. I know how tough it must be for new members to come on SH and see all of these strange, never before seen acronyms around so I decided to make a list that could be referenced for all SH exclusive ones. Nice to see people using it.

yeah it can be annoying when i have a brain-dead moment and cant think what *insert accrinym here* means, good this is around, saves embarrasment of posting a reply about what you think the accronym means, when it means something completely different

Alt(ernate) strumming is when you strum both up and down, alternating between the two, like you strum up-down-up-down. What you have to do to keep a streak in songs like Misirlou.

It should just be abbreviated as "SLAYER!"

I always used "double strum" to mean when you strummed twice to hit a note, thus overstrumming and losing your streak. But, I have seen many other people use "double strum" to mean "alt strum".

I have a new one: PBSO- Psychobilly Squeeze-out - the almost impossible squeeze on PBFO that has $100 reward for hitting it

Hey, can you add SG to the list? I have been a member of ScoreHero for a bit over a month and I STILL don't know what it means.
