catfish7 wrote: | Alright, here's the SP that I use.
1st- Get the first 3 but DO NOT WHAMMY ANY OF THEM! Activate immediately when GY hold begins in chord part.
2nd- This first activation should end right at the next YO held chord with SP, if it doesn't end soon enough, start over and do the first activation earlier. You are now safe to whammy everything. After getting the next two phrases and whammying everything, use this SP on the really long line of chords (starts with three quick GY chords)
3rd- This will run out when all these long SP notes show up, whammy them all. Get the next phrase as well. Now make sure you are good at trills and use it when the longest trill of your life begins.
4th- Get the next two and use it when the odd ending begins with the single notes, try to keep a streak and the song will be over.
Hope this helps, I'm pretty sure this is close to optimal.
EDIT: Now that I'm looking at Avacado's, I don't know which first activation is better, can someone tell me? |
This is what I used, almost.
You can whammy everything in the beginning if you make your first activation right before the YB chord in the middle of the 3rd sp. That should take you all the way to the next sp.
Also, start the 3rd activation on the RY before the trill for a couple extra notes.
I didn't execute my FC that well, but I had another run with 1 mistake that shows that this strategy could get within a few pts of 1st. |

Also, it looks like you can activate the last SP about 5 or 6 beats into the long yellow orange hold so that you run out right at the end. That's worth another 1200 points or so. |

I hit the first activation about a beat or two before the GY hold and chords come in. Lands me nicely onto the next phrase. _________________

Catfish is right but wrong. Your first sp is sort of right. I'll post my path in a bit. |

It means that you pass over one star power while star power is already activated, see the picture of the chart. |

The trills are frustrating me to no end. Seeing the tempo changes on each bar in the note chart has enlightened me a bit. On a regular guitar this song is cake!
I will keep practicing!! _________________
