I bought a third party guitar on eBay called the Shredder. This is the beiggest piece of crap ever. The buttons stick, the strum bar barely works on up strokes and the response is horrible. My score on No One Knows on Expert dropped by over 100,000 points using this thing. Buyers beware. |

I read somewhere that that 3rd party controller didn't have the tilt button for star power, is that true? _________________

you dont have tilt as they thought it puts people off trying to lift the guitar at a hard part and you mess up
theyve added a "shake" feature to activiate your SP instead, which wouldnt be good if you play like me :/ _________________

That sounds rediculous, I don't know why anyone would attempt to purchase that in the first place. _________________

i could see the "shake" working, and the shape looks good.
someone who got one said the buttons could be sticky due to it not being played as much as the SG
good thing we dont get stuff like that here then ;) _________________

There was a small booth (if you can call it that) in the Kentia Hall at E3 that was hawking these guitars. I think right next to it was a metal DDR pad and some sweet-looking Beatmania controllers.
Funny, they didn't have Guitar Hero playing anywhere near the guitar controllers so obviously, nobody was interested in picking up the controller. _________________

unfortunately yes, but I didn't know about this shake feature. Either way if the buttons stick you aren't getting a good enough multiplier to make use of the star power anyway |
