Haha I know I've talked trash to you before about beating you on a couple songs...but seriously it's cause you're absolutely the best, man (sorry krimsunmonkeys) so I feel like it's amazing any time I can edge you on a song or two...your right hand strumming lining up correctly with pulloffs and hammer-ons must be incredible. You certainly have a lot of my respect and constantly provide motivation for me to try and get better at the game.

No, Sauce and Gravy is good at making videos, not necessarily good at the game. He has yet to prove himself. Watch the BATM video for hilarious proof that his videos are not to be taken serious.

Even a less expensive digital camera can do short video clips. My 3+ year old Sony Cybershot P-90 can do around 5 minutes of 320x200 video with sound on a 128MB memory card.. that's enough time to show the skills.
Something like this would be cheap ($185) and do 640x480 @ 32fps:

Or.. find a friend/parent with one and have them record you..

Update: My brother bought my dad a camera for an early Father's Day gift.

I need to check if I can do videos, but I can at least get screenshots now.
