Yesterday, I received the first "Monthly Dose" newsletter from Redoctane and I now know how to give the audience monkey heads.
Head on over to the main menu enter the following code : Blue-Orange-Yellow-Yellow-Yellow-Blue-Orange.

In order to use a cheat, you have to be holding Select.

Unlock All
Yellow, Orange, Blue, Blue , Orange, Yellow, Yellow

Use the GH SG PS2 Controller
Blue, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Blue

No Venue
Blue, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Orange

Skull head crowd
Orange, Yellow, Blue, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Blue

Monkey head crowd
Blue, Orange, Yellow, Yellow, Yellow, Blue, Orange

Air Guitar (no guitar)
Orange, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Orange

Rock Meter always full (no failing)
Yellow, Blue, Orange, Orange, Blue, Blue, Yellow, Orange

Keep in mind that saving is DISABLED when using any cheat.

oh, that probably explains why my game wasn't saving, I got a 5* on COTC and TBW on expert, and then I had to do it AGAIN! GAHHH it made me mad

Yeah I figured that one out a few days ago as well..for a while it just wasnt working unless I was holding select down... *shrug*
