Far from being a fan of rap and hip-hop, I'm not exactly tempted to buy this game. But, if it gets good reviews, I might give it a go, as I never got a chance to try BeatMania.

DJ'ing requires great skill. Thats true. But DJ'ing with Rap and Hiphop (which I am stereotyping, there are some great classics in the genre, but few compared to the sheer volume of crap released), the music itself, is not brimming with talent.

Call me ignorant, but I did the whole "wigger" thing many many moons ago in highschool, and it was completely regrettable. Once I started hearing classic rock, and realizing most rap was just ripping off classic rock with added heavy bass, I wised up and started listening to real music.

Its cool if people want to play this, I don't dig on the people who listen to it. I know what its like being on the receiving end of that stick. But SH is a GH and Rock Band centric community. We don't need to be diluting the boards with moar games than we already do in this very narrow sliver of music games.

Because it has the word "Hero" in it, does not affiliate it with RB or GH by default.
