I can't download Chart2Mid for GH3.

BEFORE YOU READ THIS: I can't seem to update to GH3 1.3. My game crashes every time I try to run it after patching. And yes, I did revert my custom songs before patching. Compatibility mode doesn't work either.
Sorry for the huge text there, just I didn't want anyone to say "update to 1.3 bro and get GHTCP" Just saying, the game crashes whenever I try to run it after updating. So I already have Songlist Editor, and Feedback, but Chart2Mid has a broken link. Does anyone still have the Chart2Mid files? If you do, please put them up somewhere and post a link.
