I downloaded this some time ago after hearing about the EBA/Ouendan games, and didn't play it much. But after getting a DS and the games for it, I tried it out again. (Since I'm on a friend's computer that can actually handle the program...)
As it turns out, mouse >>> touch screen, difficulty wise. I've beaten Hard Rock on Ouendan 1 and EBA and I can barely play anything on this XD
Although I can play Taiko mode decently enough and ended up ranking pretty high on a bunch of songs <_<
Hopefully, I'll get a decent computer of my own soon enough that can run it, and maybe I can learn to not suck with a mouse _________________

Ah, just practice! I practiced a bit and got better. I do play with a tablet though more than the mouse, so maybe thats why I don't suck as much as I did with the mouse. It's pretty fun, but I havent touched it in a while. Maybe I should get back to it. _________________

I just downloaded this for small spare time fun and multiplayer against friends a few months ago, but it's turning out awfully addicting lately.
In a few weeks I went from this this to this.
Also lol Cyclone leading on that second one. _________________

Cyclone leads on pretty much everything. <_<
Also, in a story similar to yours, I've gotten much better since my last post. My tablet gave me a lot of help. I might make a video if I have a reason.
And if anyone else still plays this, my Osu username is the same as my SH name, and I've started to play more and more lately. _________________

I have a tablet and I never thought about using it. Well, I thought about it some time ago that is, when the thing got broke.
I'm probably too used to the mouse to change now anyway.
If anyone want to check my crap ranks or anything, Osu nick is JonnyThatJonny . _________________

Interesting fact: "osu" means "hit (something)" in finnish.
Also: bump.
Anyone else playing? Best performances? Best skins? I'm looking for a really simple black and white skin, but haven't found one yet. Been playing the game for a little while and making slow but steady progress. The game unfortunately feels much more like a memorygame than what GH does, but it's fun nonetheless once you actually learn a song. |
