Or is the note chart for "Hey" on expert, the exact same note chart for "Hey" on hard?

I just played through it on both difficulties twice, and didn't notice a difference.

i dunnot for sure, but there's probably a samll difference like a note gets turned into a chord or something. But the only difference between hard and expert is the number of notes. On hard they simplify the solos so that they're possible, and in expert they give you every single note in the solo (EX: BATM), but since that song doesn't have a solo i'd say it's pretty much the same

Only difference is the length of the holds. On expert they last up until the next note.

Yep...figured that out by opening up both of the note charts in different browser windows and switching between them. Looks kind of funny...
